Apparel Orders

  • Most in-stock apparel orders ship within 7-21 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

 

Custom & Promotional Products
Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, and customization requirements. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided before your order is finalized.

 

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders, including custom Coopersburg Sports Beverage Bats, are produced specifically for each customer. Production times vary based on order size and artwork approval. Please contact us for current turnaround times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

Apparel
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned apparel must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

 

Custom Merchandise
Because custom apparel, promotional products, and personalized items are made specifically for each customer, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Custom Order Policy

Thank you for choosing VersaWare Pro for your custom apparel and promotional product needs. To ensure a smooth ordering process, please review the following policy.

 

Artwork Approval

All custom orders require final artwork approval before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details. Once artwork is approved, VersaWare Pro is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

 

Production

Production begins only after artwork approval and payment (or agreed-upon deposit, if applicable). Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, and customization method. Estimated turnaround times will be provided with your quote.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may only be made before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

 

Color & Product Variations

We strive for the highest quality possible. However, slight variations in color, print placement, embroidery, or product materials may occur due to manufacturing and production processes. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

 

Custom Merchandise

Custom apparel, promotional products, and personalized merchandise are created specifically for each customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by VersaWare Pro.

 

Beverage Bat Orders

Custom Coopersburg Sports Beverage Bats are produced specifically for each customer. Minimum order quantities, production schedules, and lead times vary based on the project. Please contact us for current pricing, minimums, and turnaround times.

 

Shipping

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline. While we work hard to meet every deadline, production and shipping schedules may be affected by supplier availability, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
